Seal Bay Resort in Selsey near Chichester in West Sussex is the location of our fleet of caravans. The site is made up of 3 parks – West Sands, White Horse and Green Lawns which you’ll have full access to during your stay and all of which offer different amenities giving you a host of entertainment and activities to enjoy.

To get between the parks there is a free bus service running throughout the day plus peak times.

West Sands is the park that offers the perfect blend of fun as well as relaxation.

It offers a mile of beach front noted for boating and fishing, with safe bathing and sand castle fun at low tide.

There is a selection of eateries, three swimming pools, an amusement arcade, a supermarket, convenience store and children’s fun fair.

Activities include crazy golf, surf simulator ,Dino bike hire and trampolines, indoor soft play as well as a bowling alley.

The centre point of the park is the Waterfront Complex which has had a face-lift with an amazing new “Wave Rider” surf simulator and mini golf course installed outside with a new magnificent Solent Shore Building – the gateway to all of the facilities, from the new Ocean Pub and Smugglers Restaurant to the modernised and revamped Oasis Pool Complex and the fabulous Embassy Theatre.

The Oasis is a great attraction for all the family where you can enjoy the large heated swimming pools or use the toddler’s paddling pool. Relax on loungers or at the poolside cafe. Pamper yourself at the spa with a sauna, use the steam room or a jacuzzi.

There is also a gym for those wishing to partake in fitness activities.

White Horse is home to the brand new White Horse entertainment complex, the Pottery painting studio and the 10 pin bowling alley.

You will also have the opportunity to discover the Lido offering a heated outdoor pool and a wide variety of foods and drinks to be enjoyed whilst relaxing on one of the sun loungers.

Peace and tranquillity is what it’s all about at Green Lawns park. If you like green open spaces and a relaxed atmosphere, Green Lawns is the perfect location for you! Whilst it may be the smallest of the Seal Bay Resorts parks it offers a huge host of unique features – leafy lanes, a more secluded environment and even a pond where you can feed the ducks Green Lawns holiday park is the ideal place to unwind and stay close to the beautiful West Sussex countryside if you enjoy walking or just want to sit back, relax and soak up the sunshine! On Green Lawns is the Viking pub that has an American feel, enjoy a drink in the traditional bar / lounge area, whilst watching the top sporting events on our large TV Screens or a game of pool. Pick up a Papa John’s Pizza next door on your way back to your holiday home! It also has its own its own children’s playground and multi-sports court for tennis and basketball.

Located at Selsey, West Sussex, and set on the Sussex west coast it boasts stunning views of the sea. As well as the leisure activities, food and refreshments are available with the park having a clubhouse bar, restaurant and takeaways, including Papa John’s delivering right to your caravan door!!!

There really is something for everyone from aged 0 – 99 and we are sure you will have the most amazing time here.
