This Abi Arizona Deer Park is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 6 berth holiday caravan set on West Sands Park within the Seal Bay Resort in Selsey near Chichester. The caravan is located in a very central position within easy reach of the sea front, the fun fair and the waterfront complex, one of the main entertainment venues.

Its consists of an open plan lounge/dinner with a comfortable L shaped seating area and a dinning table with corner seating and 2 stools. A 42″ Smart TV and Wii U console in the living room and a portable TV/DVD player and a selection of DVD’s in the second bedroom plus free wifi is also provided. The kitchen is fully fitted with a full size gas cooker with oven and separate grill, under counter fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, slow cooker and Tassimo coffee machine.

Sleeping arrangements are split between a master bedroom with a king size bed and en suite W.C and hand basin. Large wardrobe and dressing table with stool .A further twin rooms with single beds, wardrobe and over bed storage.

There is a large shower room with a double size shower, basin and W.C.

The caravan is fitted with double glazed windows and central heating plus a real fire effect electric fire in the living room for those cosy nights in.

Outside there is a veranda and a large patio area with a selection of furniture ideal for lazy days in the sun.

This caravan is pet friendly and we do allow 1 or 2 small dog to stay. We ask you contact us first to show interest in taking your dogs and will incur an extra £50 added to the refundable deposit in case of damage and extra cleaning needed. We have supplied a pet vacuum for your use to help keep on top of excess pet hair. We would also ask for you to keep your furry family members off the furniture as much as possible to help stop any damage. There is an option on the booking form for you to select if you are bringing your K9 friends.
